The challenge
Teams usually find out a project is stuck when a deadline slips. The information is already there in tasks and updates, but nobody has time to connect it. Pmsalad uses AI to do that connecting and point out what's blocking the team.
My role
I designed and built the product as an AI-powered SaaS, from the multi-company workspace model to the AI features.
